The Company and its principal subsidiaries who report financial results on a consolidated basis has reported losses during each of the last six fiscal quarters and, therefore, must be considered speculative. The Company has paid no cash dividends on its Common Shares to date. Competition. Both Sunshine Auto Parts Distributors, Inc. and Sunshine Auto Replicas, Inc. are engaged in industries in which there is a high degree of competition. In many instances (particularly within the automobile parts business), competitors are larger and better funded and therefore enjoy a significant price advantage. 5.
