ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On December 19, 2006, LaSalle Hotel Properties acquired the Graciela
Burbank in Burbank, California for $36.5 million. The Graciela Burbank is
a 99-room, independent, luxury full-service hotel located in the heart of
the Media District in downtown Burbank, California.
