ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
LaSalle Hotel Properties (NYSE:LHO) today announced it will report
financial results for the first quarter 2008 on Wednesday, April 23, 2008
after the market closes. The company will conduct its quarterly conference
call on Thursday, April 24, 2008, at 2:00 PM ET.
To participate in the conference call, please follow the steps listed

minutes before the call begins (1:50 PM ET);
