ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On July 29, 2008, Landauer, Inc. issued a News Release announcing its
earnings for the third fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2008. A copy of
the News Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on
Form 8-K.

(b) On July 28, 2008, Gregory A. Ozga gave notice of his decision
to resign as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of
Landauer, Inc. Mr. Ozga is currently engaged in discussions
with Landauer, Inc. to determine the effective date of his
resignation and related compensatory arrangements.
