ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On November 26, 2008, Landauer, Inc. issued a News Release announcing
the declaration of a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.525 per share,
an increase of 5% over last year, for the first quarter of fiscal 2009.
The dividend will be paid on January 2, 2009 to shareholders of record on
December 12, 2008. A copy of the News Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1
to this current report on Form 8-K.
