ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On May 28, 2010, Landauer, Inc. issued a News Release announcing the
declaration of a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.5375 per share for
the third quarter of fiscal 2010. The dividend will be paid on July 2,
2010 to shareholders of record on June 11, 2010. A copy of the News
Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
