Enclosed is the report for the period from September 27, 2003 to October 31,
2003 for World Monitor Trust II--Series E ('Series E'). The net asset value of
an interest as of October 31, 2003 was $168.58, an increase of 9.13% from the
September 26, 2003 value of $154.48. The calendar year-to-date return for
Series E was an increase of 6.44% as of October 31, 2003.
The estimated net asset value per interest as of November 27, 2003 was $168.74.
