Enclosed is the report for the period from November 1, 2003 to November 28,
2003 for World Monitor Trust II--Series E ('Series E'). The net asset value of
an interest as of November 28, 2003 was $169.87, an increase of 0.77% from the
October 31, 2003 value of $168.58. The calendar year-to-date return for Series
E was an increase of 7.25% as of November 28, 2003.
The estimated net asset value per interest
as of December 8, 2003 was $171.10. Past performance is not necessarily
indicative of future results.
