7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE On June 11, 2008 Turbodyne Technologies, Inc. (the
"Company") issued a press release announcing that it has received an order for
its Turbopac products from American Transportation System. Such press release is
contained in Exhibit 99.1 hereto, which is being furnished, and shall not be
deemed to be "filed", with the SEC. Such exhibit shall not be incorporated by
reference into any filing of the Company with the SEC, whether made before or
after the date hereof, regardless of any general incorporation language in such
filings.
