(Nasdaq: "LBCP") today announced that the Company has authorized the funding of a trust that will purchase up to 125,649 shares, or 2.64%, of the Company's outstanding common stock. The shares acquired by the trust will be used to fund restricted stock awards under the Company's 2007 Equity Incentive Plan, which was recently approved by shareholders. Share purchases will be made from time to time at the discretion of the independent trustee of the trust through open market purchases. In addition, on February 21, 2007, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's outstanding common stock. The cash dividend of $.025 per share will be payable on March 26, 2007 to the stockholders of record at the close of business on March 9, 2007. Brent M.
