the three and six months ended June 30, 2007. The press release is filed as

On August 3, 2007, Polonia Bancorp issued a press release announcing
it filed an amendment to its 10-QSB for the quarter ended March 31, 2007, which
was initially filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 11, 2007.
