On September 19, 2007, AmericasBank Corp. (the "Company"), the parent
company of AmericasBank, announced that it has hired Faye Currie to serve as
Vice President and Bank Manager of Annapolis Community Bank and has hired Emil
Keller as Vice President, Commercial Banking at Towson Community Bank. The
banking centers in Annapolis and Towson are independently-operated and marketed
under their own trade name as a division of the Company. For more information,
reference is made to the Company's press release dated September 19, 2007, which
is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by
reference.
