(b) On September 25, 2007, Christopher K. Reichert resigned
from the Boards of Directors of Pulaski Financial Corp. (the "Company") and
Pulaski Bank, the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary. Mr. Reichert also resigned
as Executive Vice President of the Company and the Bank. For more information,
reference is made to the Company's press release dated September 26, 2007, a
copy of which is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated
herein by reference.
