(b) Effective December 31, 2008, William W. Mucker, formerly Vice
President and Assistant Secretary of Community Financial Shares, Inc. (the
"Company") and Chief Credit Officer of Community Bank-Wheaton/Glen Ellyn (the
"Bank"), is no longer employed by the Company or the Bank.
