The Registrant reported losses for the comparable periods of 1999 in the amount of $2.7 million and $2.5 million, respectively. Operating results in the current year continue to be adversely affected by significant increases in fuel costs and a shortage of drivers. It is expected that the net loss for the three-month period ended June 30, 2000, will range from $0.9 million to $1.2 million and the net loss for the six months ended June 30, 2000 will range from $2.1 million to $2.4 million.
