              EOS INTERNATIONAL, INC., ANNOUNCES NEW TRADING SYMBOL
                            ON THE OTC BULLETIN BOARD

NEW YORK -- JANUARY 2, 2002 -- Eos International, Inc. (OTCBB: EOSI) announced
today that it will begin trading its common stock under its new trading symbol
(EOSI) on the OTC Bulletin Board, effective January 3, 2002. The company,
previously called Dreamlife, Inc., had traded under the symbol, DLIF.
