(the "Company") (Neuer Markt: CJN, NASDAQ: CONEQ) announced today that it has withdrawn its application to the Luxembourg court requesting admission to a GESTION CONTROLEE (controlled management) proceeding and has petitioned for bankruptcy with the Luxembourg court.
