OTHER EVENTS April 22, 1994 - Citizens First Bancorp, Inc. announced that it has called for redemption its outstanding 6 3/4% Convertible Subordinated Debentures due August 1, 2001. It is anticipated that the debentures will be redeemed on August 1, 1994. The Company said that $18,990,000 in principle amount of the debentures is currently outstanding. The redemption price to be paid for the debentures is 100% of principal amount, plus accrued interest through the date of redemption. After the redemption date, interest will cease to accrue.
