Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 17, 2008, Six Flags, Inc. issued a press release announcing
revenue and attendance results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2008 as
well as its decision not to declare and pay a dividend on its outstanding
Preferred Income Equity Redeemable Securities on May 15, 2008. A copy of the
press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
