GE Capital Life Assurance Company of New York is duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of New York and has been duly authorized to issue individual flexible premium variable life insurance policies by the Bureau of Insurance of the State Corporation Commission of the State of New York. 2. GE Capital Life Separate Account III is a duly authorized and existing separate account established pursuant to the provisions of the Code of New York. 3. 4.
