(Attach Extra Sheets if Needed) The Corporation moved its corporate offices at the end of 1997/beginning of 1998 and completed the transition to a new accounting network. Unfortunately, the delays caused by the move and the increased audit procedures required by the acquisition of two divisions and a subsidiary during 1997 have made it difficult for the auditors to provide their report for filing the 10-KSB by the normal due date. The Form will be filed within the fifteen day period following the original due date.
