ITEM 12. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On November 18, 2003, Front Porch Digital Inc. (the "Company") issued a
press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter of 2003. A
copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
