Question:

       Do you have specific guidance in terms of earnings ... I know you gave
us a shipment number for aluminum ... and you said you would be breakeven for
the year.  Can you give us any specific guidance for profitability on the basis
of the second quarter?

Mark Kaminski's answer:

       Right now we're looking at something around a $0.15 to $0.20 loss
for the second quarter.
