     On May 17, 2002, Liteglow Industries, Inc. (the "Company") announced
that Target Stores is now carrying the Company's merchandise in
approximately 1,000 stores.  Attached as Exhibit 99 to this filing is a
copy of the press release issued by the Company concerning the event.
