     I, Bradley Wilson, President and Chief Executive Officer
(principal executive officer) and principal financial officer of
Kiwi Network Solutions, Inc. (the "Registrant"), certify that:

1.   I have reviewed this quarterly report on Form 10-QSB of the
Registrant.

2.   Based on my knowledge, this quarterly report does not
contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state
a material fact necessary to make the statements made, in light
of the circumstances under which such statements were made, not
misleading with respect to the period covered by this quarterly
report;

3.   Based on my knowledge, the financial statements, and other
financial information included in this quarterly report, fairly
present in all material respects the financial condition, results
of operations and cash flows of the registrant as of, and for,
the periods presented in this quarterly report;

including its consolidated subsidiaries, is made known to us by
others within those entities, particularly during the period in
which this quarterly report is being prepared;

     b)   evaluated the effectiveness of the registrant's

prior to the filing date of this quarterly report (the
