The registrant is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB for its
fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2005 by the prescribed date of May 16, 2005
without unreasonable effort or expense because the registrant requires
additional time to complete the presentation of its financials in the Form
10-QSB. The registrant intends to file its Form 10-QSB Quarterly Report on
or prior to the prescribed extended date.
