FINANCIAL RESULTS ON JULY 25, 2005

Pompano Beach, Florida, July 18, 2005 - PetMed Express, Inc. (NASDAQ:
PETS) will announce its financial results for the quarter ended June
30, 2005 on Monday, July 25, 2005 at 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time, then at
8:30 A.M. Eastern Time, Menderes Akdag, the Company's Chief Executive
Officer, will host a conference call to review the financial results.
