FINANCIAL RESULTS ON JULY 24, 2006

(NASDAQ: PETS) will announce its financial results for the
quarter ended June 30, 2006 on Monday, July 24, 2006 at 8:00 A.M.
Eastern Time, then at 8:30 A.M. Eastern Time, Menderes Akdag, the
Company's Chief Executive Officer and President, will host a
conference call to review the financial results.
