Said loan was reflected in a promissory note that is due for payment in full on March 1, 2009, bears interest at the rate of 20 percent per annum, the payment of which is secured by a recorded deed of trust on a certain 121 acre parcel of real property in Wiggins, Mississippi. Borrower paid Registrant a loan commitment fee of $68,000, all related escrow fees, costs of title insurance and all of registrant's legal fees incurred in connection with this loan. There is no material relationship, other than in respect of the transaction, between buyer 2 and Registrant or any of Registrant's affiliates, trustees, or officers, or any associates of Registrant's trustees or officers.
