Item 5. Other Events.
On December 12, 2003, Klamath First Bancorp, Inc. ("Klamath") and its
wholly-owned subsidiary Klamath First Federal completed its sale of
seven branches located in northeastern Oregon to the Bank of Eastern
Oregon. This sale was announced September 10, 2003.
