(Nasdaq: TICC) announced today that Lee Stern, Chief Transaction Officer of TICC's adviser, has entered into an exclusive employment relationship with the adviser for the benefit of TICC. Mr. Stern has been with TICC since its inception, and had previously maintained dual employment with TICC's adviser and its sub-adviser. Mr. Stern continues to serve on TICC's investment committee. With the recent hiring of Branko Krmpotic as Managing Director and Senior Credit Analyst, and with Mr. Stern's increased role with TICC's adviser, TICC and its adviser have more closely integrated the Company's credit analysis function with its transaction origination and review process.
