In December 1998, the Company sold its water treatment subsidiary. As a result of the complexity of this transaction, the Company has encountered delays in providing the Company's auditors with all of the information needed to complete the audit. [X]Yes [ ]No NARRATIVE AND QUALITATIVE EXPLANATION OF THE ANTICIPATED CHANGE: The Company anticipates that it will report net income for the year ended December 31, 1998, of approximately $538,000 or $.09 per share as compared to a net loss of approximately $(347,000) or $(.06) per share for the year ended December 31, 1997.
