These results represent a 17.0% increase over the $1.69 million or $0.66 per basic share and $0.63 per diluted share reported for the nine months ended September 2000. Total assets increased to $309.3 million up from $265.1 million, a year ago, an increase of $44.2 million or 16.7%. Total loans increased $30.4 million to $179.8 million. This represents a 20.3% increase over total loans at September 30, 2000. Total deposits increased to $272.1 million from $239.7 million at September 30, 2001, a 13.5% increase in the last twelve month period.
