PROPERTIES CIT Equipment Collateral 2002-VT1 (the "Trust") owns certain equipment loan and lease receivables acquired from NCT Funding Company, LLC pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement (the "Pooling and Servicing Agreement").
