(Nasdaq: KERX; AIM: KRX) announced today that it has entered into definitive agreements with institutional investors for the private placement of approximately $32 million through the sale of shares of its common stock at $10 per share. The principal investors in the transaction are Deerfield Partners, Maverick Capital, and T. Rowe Price, who are collectively investing $25 million. Michael S.
