(OTC: MBTF) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to 2 million shares of its common stock over a two-year period commencing January 1, 2001. This represents ten percent of the 2 company's outstanding common stock. The repurchases will be conducted from time to time in the open market or through privately negotiated transactions.
