Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is an earnings release for the 3
months ended September 30, 2004. The Company reported net
income for the quarter ended September 30, 2004, of $2.6
million compared to net income of $2.4 million for the quarter
ended September 30, 2003. The information contained in this
