(OTC/BB:KVCOQ) today announced that it has completed the sale of its Design Components division to Adorn, LLC. Kevco also announced that it anticipates filing a motion later this week with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas to sell substantially all of the assets of its Sunbelt Wood Components division to Universal Forest Products, Inc. The parties anticipate that the closing of the sale will occur by the end of March, subject to the approval of the Bankruptcy Court and fulfillment of other conditions to closing.
