                                         well as direct cash payments of $25

                                         secured debt owed to Bank of America by
                                         Kevco, Inc. (Case No. 401-40783-BJH-11)
                                         has been guaranteed by all of its
                                         co-debtors (See Footnote 1,27A);
                                         therefore, the secured debt is
                                         reflected as a liability on all of the
                                         Kevco entities. The charge to equity is
                                         simply an adjustment to the balance
                                         sheet.
