                                        Supplemental Order dated March 14, 2001, debtors
                                        were authorized to pay pre-petition taxes,
                                        salaries and wages up to a maximum of $4,300 per
                                        employee. Debtors were also (a) allowed to pay
                                        accrued vacation to terminated employees and (b)
                                        permitted to continue allowing employees to use
                                        vacation time as scheduled.
