The Partnership's principal executive offices are located at 4455 East Camelback Road, Suite A-200, Phoenix, Arizona 85018. The Purchaser's principal executive offices are located at 750 North St. Paul, Suite 200, Dallas, Texas 75201. This Statement is being filed in connection with a proposed sale of substantially all of the assets of the Partnership to the Purchaser and the subsequent dissolution of the Partnership.
