On May 24, 2001 AltaRex Corp. (the "Company") announced its financial results
for the First Quarter 2001.
On June 6, 2001 the Company announced the closing of a private placement of
Special Warrants, resulting in gross proceeds of C$8.4 million and the issuance
of 3,000,000 Special Warrants.
