Registrant has not as yet completed its compilation and analysis of all
relevant financial data to permit Registrant to quantify its loss for its
quarter ended March 31, 2003.

of the results cannot be made.
For the quarter ended March 31, 2003, Registrant anticipates that it
will report revenues of approximately $3.7 million from continuing operations
and revenues of approximately $5.7 million from discontinued operations. Total
revenues for the quarter ended March 31, 2003 are expected to be
approximately $9.4 million. In comparison, for the quarter ended March 31, 2002,
the Registrant had revenues of $6.8 million from continuing operations
and $7.2 million from discontinued operations for total revenues of $14.0
million. As noted in response to Part III above, Registrant is not yet able to
quantify its net loss for its quarter ended March 31, 2003.
