For the quarter ended March 31, 2003, Registrant anticipates that it will report revenues of approximately $3.7 million from continuing operations and revenues of approximately $5.7 million from discontinued operations. Total revenues for the quarter ended March 31, 2003 are expected to be approximately $9.4 million. In comparison, for the quarter ended March 31, 2002, the Registrant had revenues of $6.8 million from continuing operations and $7.2 million from discontinued operations for total revenues of $14.0 million.
