On January 4, 2005, the Company issued a press release related to the
redemption by its subsidiaries, Las Vegas Sands, Inc. and Venetian Casino
Resort, LLC, of $291.14 million of 11% Mortgage Notes due 2010. A copy of the

its entirety by reference.
