This dividend, in the amount of $0.625 per share, represents an increase of $0.005 per share over the dividend paid for the quarter ended June 30, 2003. The dividend is payable on December 4, 2003 to shareholders of record on November 14, 2003. At this rate, quarterly dividends approximate an annualized dividend payment of $2.50 per share.
