Faulkner and Thompson, P. A. replaces Cherry, Bekaert & Holland, L.L.P. who was dismissed on January 13, 1998. There have been no disagreements with the former accountant on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedures.
