COMPANY PROFILE DECEMBER 31, 1999 Center Trust, Inc., is an owner, manager and developer of retail shopping centers in the western United States. The Company owns or controls a portfolio of 56 shopping centers, comprised of 47 community shopping centers, two regional malls and 7 single tenant facilities comprising 11.1 million square feet of total shopping center gross leasable area (GLA) and 9.4 million square feet of Company owned GLA. The Company owns properties in five states, California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada and Arizona.
