The Company owns or controls a portfolio of 37 shopping centers, comprised of 32 community shopping centers, 2 regional malls and 3 single tenant facilities comprising 8.1 million square feet of total shopping center gross leasable area (GLA) and 6.6 million square feet of Company owned GLA. The Company owns properties in four states, California, Oregon, Washington and Arizona.
