(NASDAQ: FRTZ) today announced that in connection with the agreement to be acquired by UPS announced on January 10, 2001, its Board of Directors has adopted a Stockholder Rights Plan which is intended to restrict acquisitions of the company's common stock by any party to no more than 15 percent of the then outstanding shares of common stock of Fritz.
