On March 8, 2005, Bob Evans Farms, Inc. issued a news release
announcing same-store sales for the fiscal 2005 month of February (i.e., the
four weeks ended February 25, 2005) and reiterating the guidance for fiscal 2005
earnings per share. A copy of this news release is furnished as Exhibit 99 and
is incorporated herein by reference.
